Psychedelic Integration

You may have recently had a powerful encounter with psychedelics — whether in a plant medicine ceremony, therapeutic context, or recreational setting. I can support you in integrating your experience by exploring the symbols, emotions, somatic sensations, insights, and old trauma that may have been stirred up through the journey.

Psychedelic experiences can evoke a wide range of responses, both beautiful and challenging — including ego dissolution, spiritual awakening, emotional overwhelm, fear, grief, or a sudden desire to make major changes in your life. These experiences can also bring attachment wounds and unresolved trauma to the surface, creating a powerful opportunity for healing when approached with proper support and integration.

I earned my psychotherapy degree from California Institute of Integral Studies, a school known for its work in psychedelic-assisted therapy and spiritual emergence. There, I studied the therapeutic use of psychedelics, the psychological and somatic effects of different medicines, and how to help individuals meaningfully integrate these experiences into their everyday lives. My background in intuitive energy healing, spiritual emergence, and dreamwork can be particularly supportive during the integration process, especially for experiences that feel emotionally intense, spiritually disorienting, or difficult to fully put into words.
